How long does it take to process an order?
We typically process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. What is your return policy?
As all products are custom-printed, returns are limited to defective or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for incorrect designs uploaded by the customer or minor color variations due to printing. However, we accept returns for damaged products, incorrect items or quantities, and major print defects. To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Please note that we start the manufacturing process immediately upon order checkout, so customized orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
