🔁 Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

As all products are custom-printed, returns are limited to defective or incorrect items only.

Returns Not Accepted For:

• Incorrect design uploaded by customer
• Minor color variation due to printing

Eligible Returns:

• Damaged product
• Incorrect item or quantity
• Major print defect

Refund Process:

• Notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and order ID
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

We start the manufacturing process immediately as we receive the order, so you will not be able to cancel your customized orders once you have checked out the product.
